MISSION STATEMENT
The healing benefits of water are often overlooked and underutilised. As we get older, our ability to exercise on land is reduced as our muscles and joints become vulnerable to high pressure. This is where the benefits of water come into play. Aquatic exercise, whether it be swimming or jogging on an underwater treadmill, is easy on the body because water reduces our weight when we submerge in it. This characteristic of water is very beneficial to those who find it hard to exercise, such as the elderly or people in need of physical rehabilitation, giving them an opportunity to heal and care for their body. Additionally, the benefits of water are not limited to improving physical but also mental health. With the recognition of mental health becoming more prevalent in this day and age, it is important to control stress as it will affect your daily life. Swimming pools and spas play a role in aiding mental health as both help the user relax and unwind.
Through the construction of pools and spas, S.S. Suan encourages a healthy and active lifestyle and gives everyone an opportunity to look after their well being whether it be physically or mentally. It is important for us to recognize different trends around the world both present and future, especially when it pertains to health, and adapt our services to the changing environment. It is also important for us to make an effort to make our services as cost efficient and accessible as possible.
